The absolute best pool store around. Theresa is very helpful and helped us fix our very crappy and unique water situation. She and the rest of the employees there have always tried to get our pool clean without just selling us a bunch of unneeded chemicals. Everyone that works there is always very helpful and knowledgeable.

On 5/6/2026 Scott Wagner had this to say:
After owning our pool for 8+ years, we experienced some first time issues last year. Our local pool store was unable to answer our questions and was at a loss. We reached out to Theresa and she was able to help with just a few pictures and some advice. Super responsive. We highly recommend Backyard Oasis!
